Chocolate peanut butter cups

Ingredients list

Salad

  • 1 bar of melted dark chocolate
  • 1 scoop high protein peanut butter
  • 2-4 rice cakes (broken up)

Method

  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave until you have a runny consistency
  • Add the peanut butter and stir to combine.
  • Using your hands, crush up 2 – 4 rice cakes and add straight to the chocolate mixture
  • Scoop the mixture into silicone trays and cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • When ready to serve, simply pop the chocolate cups out of the silicone trays.
Notes

Add a pinch of sea salt for a sweet and salty taste before you pop them in the fridge.
