Ingredients list
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Capsicum and cashew dip
- 3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
- 6 olives, chopped
Method
- Preheat over to 160°C
- Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and let it thaw for 25 minutes before starting.
- Place the pastry sheet on a cutting board and cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Spread a layer of capsicum dip onto each heart, then top with mozzarella cheese and chopped olives.
- Arrange the prepared pastry hearts on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- This recipe can be easily scaled up to accommodate any number of guests!
