Ingredients list
- 100g minced beef
- Pinch of Mediterranean rub seasoning
- Pinch of chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup crumbled feta
- 2 flatbreads or wraps
To Dress:
- Sliced fresh tomatoes
- Lettuce mix
- Chopped red olives
- Pickles (I’m using pickled capsicum)
- Tzatziki or taramasalata
Method
- In a bowl, combine minced beef with Mediterranean seasoning, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the seasoned beef until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir through the crumbled feta just before removing from heat.
- Warm your flatbreads slightly, either in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble your wraps : spoon the beef mixture onto each flatbread and top with lettuce, tomato slices, olives, pickles, and a generous dollop of tzatziki or taramasalata.
- Wrap it up and enjoy immediately!
To Serve
Enjoy hot with a squeeze of extra lemon and crusty bread on the side.
Notes; This soup is packed with immune-boosting goodness. A splash of apple cider vinegar helps draw nutrients from the chicken bones.
