Ingredients list

  • 1 Granny Smith apple – thinly sliced
  • 1 handful of walnuts – roughly chopped
  • ½ cup red grapes – halved
  • ¼ cup Aioli – store bought
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cos lettuce – washed
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley

Method

  • Slice your apples, then squeeze lemon juice over them to prevent browning.
  • Combine aioli with olive oil until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  • In a large bowl, layer washed cos lettuce. Add sliced apples, grapes, walnuts, and dressing. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Continue layering in the same order until your serving bowl is full.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
