Pickups from the warehouse are limited to Tuesday and Thursday only between 10-2pm. Our warehouse is located at 54-58 Gladstone Street Southbank VIC 3006. To coordinate a time you will need to email hello@thouse.com.au

SHIPPING

Thank you for placing an order with T.House. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit, add or cancel. We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days between Monday-Friday.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond T.House’s control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays

RETURNS

Item is not quite right, no problem.

To obtain a refund simply follow the steps below to ensure we can process this promptly. 

Step 1

Please return within 30 days along with proof of purchase and ensure the item is unworn and unused. 

Step 2

We recommend you send your returns via a shipping provider that offers tracking, as we do  not take any responsibility for returns that are lost in transit. 

Step 3

After we have received your item/s please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Once the return has been approved, the time taken to receive your refund can vary depending on your payment provider.
