Capsicum Heart Bites

Ingredients list

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • Capsicum and cashew dip
  • 3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
  • 6 olives, chopped

Method

  • Preheat over to 160°C
  • Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and let it thaw for 25 minutes before starting.
  • Place the pastry sheet on a cutting board and cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
  • Spread a layer of capsicum dip onto each heart, then top with mozzarella cheese and chopped olives.
  • Arrange the prepared pastry hearts on a baking tray.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

  • This recipe can be easily scaled up to accommodate any number of guests!
