Order Processing & Shipping

Thank you for placing an order with T.House. Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit, add to, or cancel it.

We dispatch orders once per week via Australia Post Standard Shipping. Orders received after our weekly dispatch cut-off will be sent in the following week’s shipment. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Parcels are typically received within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that if parcels are taken to a nearby business or collection point, they are generally held for a limited time before being returned to T.House. We recommend collecting your goods promptly to avoid additional postage fees.

Shipping times are a guideline only and may be affected by peak periods, severe weather, or other unforeseen events beyond T.House’s control.

All online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.
