Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your T.House purchase. If something’s not quite right, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Return: To initiate a return, email us at hello@thouse.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges or refunds on used items, gift vouchers, or items marked as final sale.
