Cheesy Brie & Apricot Jam Baguette

- 1 fresh baguette
- 1 wheel of brie (or cheese of your choice)
- ¼ cup apricot jam (or more, to taste)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the baguette: Cut the baguette into 2–3 cm slices, being careful not to cut all the way through—leave the base intact so it holds together.
- Add the cheese: Insert slices of brie or camembert between each cut in the baguette.
- Spread the jam: Generously spoon apricot jam over the top of the baguette, allowing some to drizzle between the slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before baking.
- Bake: Place the baguette on a lined baking tray and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey and the bread is golden and crisp.
