Christmas Cheesecake Hats & Pops

Ingredients list

  • Store-bought cheesecake
  • Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • Strawberries, whole
  • Fresh mint leaves

For the Cheesecake Pops....

  • Chocolate flakes or shavings
  • Colourful sprinkles (optional, for kids)
  • Paper straws or toothpicks for serving

Method

Mini Cheesecake Bites: Using a round cookie cutter, cut the cheesecake into small circles (about 4 pieces per serving). Top each cheesecake circle with a dollop of whipped cream. Place a whole strawberry upside down on top, add another small spot of cream, and finish with a garnish of fresh mint leaf.

For your left over cheesecake....

Crumble the remaining cheesecake into a bowl and roll it into small balls. Dip each ball into chocolate flakes or colourful sprinkles for a kid-friendly treat. Arrange on a serving tray and insert paper straws or toothpicks for easy picking.
