Christmas Left Over Mini-Rolls

Ingredients list
- 6 bread rolls
- Cranberry sauce
- Caramelised onion
- Mustard
- Leftover ham
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pickles (optional)
- Parmesan, grated
- Leftover turkey
- Camembert
- Garlic butter
- Fresh chives, chopped
Method
Assemble the rolls: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the rolls in half and spread cranberry sauce, caramelised onion, and mustard on the cut sides. Layer in leftover ham, cheddar, mozzarella, pickles, leftover turkey, and camembert. Place the tops on the rolls.
Toast: Place the assembled rolls on a baking tray and toast in the oven for 10 minutes.
Add finishing touches: Remove from the oven and brush the tops with garlic butter. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped fresh chives. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes until golden and melted.
Serve: Serve warm as a delicious, festive snack using your Christmas leftovers!
