Christmas Meringue Wreath

Ingredients list
- Small circular meringues (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh cream
- Strawberries, halved
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Cherries, pitted and halved
- Passionfruit
- Chocolate shards
- Fresh mint leaves
- Icing sugar, for dusting
Method
Create the wreath base: Arrange small meringues on a round serving platter, leaving a circular gap in the centre to form a wreath shape.
Add cream: Pipe fresh cream over the top of each meringue, covering the surface but leaving the base visible.
Decorate with fruit and chocolate: Top the cream with a mix of fresh fruit — strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and cherries. Insert chocolate shards drizzle passionfruit and place fresh mint leaves in between the fruit for height, color, and festive flair.
Finish: Lightly dust the wreath with icing sugar for a snowy effect. Serve immediately for a show-stopping, festive dessert!
