Cream Cheese Dip Board

Ingredients list

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 2–3 tablespoons pesto
  • 1–2 tablespoons chilli oil (adjust to taste)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • A handful of fresh rocket
  • Crackers or dried biscuits of your choice, to serve

Method

  • Prepare the base: On a serving board or platter, spoon generous dollops of cream cheese and use the back of a spoon to create soft peaks or swirls.
  • Add the toppings: Spoon over the pesto and drizzle with chilli oil. Scatter lemon zest, chopped walnuts, torn basil leaves, and fresh rocket over the top.
  • Serve: Arrange your choice of crackers or dried biscuits on the side of the board and serve immediately.
