Ingredients list
- 250g cream cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons pesto
- 1–2 tablespoons chilli oil (adjust to taste)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- Fresh basil leaves
- A handful of fresh rocket
- Crackers or dried biscuits of your choice, to serve

Prepare the base: On a serving board or platter, spoon generous dollops of cream cheese and use the back of a spoon to create soft peaks or swirls.

Add the toppings: Spoon over the pesto and drizzle with chilli oil. Scatter lemon zest, chopped walnuts, torn basil leaves, and fresh rocket over the top.

Serve: Arrange your choice of crackers or dried biscuits on the side of the board and serve immediately.
