Ingredients list
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or your choice)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Method
- Mix the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, and chopped nuts in a bowl.
- Heat a dry pan over medium heat.
- Add the mixed seeds and nuts to the warm pan.
- Pan-fry, tossing frequently, until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).
- Add the sesame seeds, garlic powder, chilli powder, and salt. Keep tossing to prevent burning.
- Sprinkle onion powder over the mixture.
- Listen for a popping sound, then immediately remove from heat.
