Method
- Place the chopped bread into a baking tray or bowl.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
- Toss well to coat evenly.
- Transfer to your air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 180°C for 8- 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy, shaking once halfway through.
- Let cool slightly, then add to your favourite salad for extra crunch.
