Ingredients list
- 2 small blocks of feta cheese (approx. 200g)
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup chopped kalamata olives
- ¼ cup chopped cucumber
- ¼ cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Fresh oregano leaves, to garnish
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Warm flatbread or crusty bread, to serve
Method
- Make the whipped feta: In a blender or food processor, combine the feta, Greek yogurt, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the dip: Spoon the whipped feta onto a serving board or shallow plate, spreading it out with the back of a spoon.
- Add the toppings: Scatter chopped olives, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and parsley over the top. Garnish with fresh oregano leaves and drizzle generously with olive oil.
- Serve: Serve immediately with warm flatbread, pita, or crusty bread on the side for dipping.
