Feta Board

Ingredients list

  • 2 small blocks of feta cheese (approx. 200g)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup chopped kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Fresh oregano leaves, to garnish
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Warm flatbread or crusty bread, to serve

Method

  • Make the whipped feta: In a blender or food processor, combine the feta, Greek yogurt, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble the dip: Spoon the whipped feta onto a serving board or shallow plate, spreading it out with the back of a spoon.
  • Add the toppings: Scatter chopped olives, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and parsley over the top. Garnish with fresh oregano leaves and drizzle generously with olive oil.
  • Serve: Serve immediately with warm flatbread, pita, or crusty bread on the side for dipping.
