Lemon Vinaigrette

- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1–2 lemons)
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Method
- Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid. Seal tightly and shake well until emulsified. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
