Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients list

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1–2 lemons)
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid. Seal tightly and shake well until emulsified. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
