Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients list

  • 1 large leaf of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp tuna
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • A few slices of cucumber
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  • Lay the iceberg lettuce leaf flat on a board and make a small cut from the centre toward the bottom edge to create four quarters.
  • Spread each ingredient into a separate quarter: cream cheese in one, tuna in another, avocado in the third, and cucumber in the fourth.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Starting from one section, fold each quarter over the next until you’ve wrapped them into a compact sandwich.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
