Ingredients list
- 1 cup rolled oats (or your desired amount)
- Enough milk to just cover the oats (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- ½ fresh pear, grated
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Method
- 1. In a jar or container, add oats and pour in enough milk to cover them.
- 2. Drizzle with maple syrup and stir through the grated pear.
- 3. Top with pumpkin seeds.
- 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 5. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy as is — or top with extra fruit, yoghurt or nuts if you like!
Tip: These oats will keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days — perfect for meal prepping breakfast for the week.
