Overnight Oats

Ingredients list

  • 1 cup rolled oats (or your desired amount)
  • Enough milk to just cover the oats (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ½ fresh pear, grated
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Method

  • 1. In a jar or container, add oats and pour in enough milk to cover them.
  • 2. Drizzle with maple syrup and stir through the grated pear.
  • 3. Top with pumpkin seeds.
  • 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • 5. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy as is — or top with extra fruit, yoghurt or nuts if you like!
Tip: These oats will keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days — perfect for meal prepping breakfast for the week.
