Peach & Pomegranate Spritz

Ingredients list

For the Ice Cubes:

  • Chopped peaches
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Passionfruit pulp
  • Cold water

For the Cocktail:

  • 2–3 fruit-infused ice cubes
  • 3 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • Sparkling water, to top
  • Garnish: Fresh strawberry & rosemary sprig

Garnish (optional):

  • Fresh Strawberry
  • Fresh rosemary

Method

To Make Ice cubes; Add chopped peaches, pomegranate seeds, and a spoonful of passionfruit pulp into each section of an ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze overnight.

To prepare the cocktail:

 

  • Place the fruit-infused ice cubes in a large wine glass or goblet.
    Pour in the Aperol, prosecco, and cranberry juice.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Gently stir to combine.
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a rosemary sprig.
