Peach & Pomegranate Spritz

Ingredients list
For the Ice Cubes:
- Chopped peaches
- Pomegranate seeds
- Passionfruit pulp
- Cold water
For the Cocktail:
- 2–3 fruit-infused ice cubes
- 3 oz Aperol
- 3 oz prosecco
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- Sparkling water, to top
- Garnish: Fresh strawberry & rosemary sprig
Garnish (optional):
- Fresh Strawberry
- Fresh rosemary
Method
To Make Ice cubes; Add chopped peaches, pomegranate seeds, and a spoonful of passionfruit pulp into each section of an ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze overnight.
To prepare the cocktail:

Place the fruit-infused ice cubes in a large wine glass or goblet.
Pour in the Aperol, prosecco, and cranberry juice. - Top with sparkling water.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a rosemary sprig.
