Method

  • Preheat oven at 160°C
  • Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and let it sit for 5 -10 minutes to soften.
  • Place the pastry sheet on a chopping board and spread a thin layer of pesto evenly over the surface.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese across the pesto and top with toasted pine nuts.
  • Cut the pastry into 1-inch strips and transfer them to an oiled baking tray.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
