Ingredients

  • ½ cup finely chopped smoked salmon
  • ½ cup cooked prawns, chopped
  • ½ cup cooked crab, chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • Juice and zest of ½ lemon

To Serve

  • Toasted ciabatta bread (omit for gluten-free option)
  • Dill pickles
  • Pickled onions

Method

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the smoked salmon, prawns, crab, dill, chives, and lemon juice and zest.
  • Gradually add the cream cheese a little at a time, mixing until the desired creamy consistency is reached.
  • Using two large, slightly wet tablespoons, shape the seafood mixture into a ball and place in a small serving dish.
  • Serve with toasted ciabatta, dill pickles, and pickled onions on the side.
