Ingredients
- ½ cup finely chopped smoked salmon
- ½ cup cooked prawns, chopped
- ½ cup cooked crab, chopped
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- Juice and zest of ½ lemon
To Serve
- Toasted ciabatta bread (omit for gluten-free option)
- Dill pickles
- Pickled onions
Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the smoked salmon, prawns, crab, dill, chives, and lemon juice and zest.
- Gradually add the cream cheese a little at a time, mixing until the desired creamy consistency is reached.
- Using two large, slightly wet tablespoons, shape the seafood mixture into a ball and place in a small serving dish.
- Serve with toasted ciabatta, dill pickles, and pickled onions on the side.
