Ingredients list
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt (full-fat or thick-style preferred)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- Dark chocolate, for grating
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yoghurt and honey. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spoon the yoghurt mixture onto the tray and spread it out evenly into a thin layer (about 1 cm thick).
- Sprinkle over the chopped walnuts, almonds, blueberries, raspberries, and chocolate chips.
- Grate a little dark chocolate over the top for extra flavour.
- Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into large shards.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
