Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients list

  • 1–1½ cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey (plus extra for glass rim)
  • 1/2 cup toasted muesli (store-bought is fine)
  • 2 tablespoons trail mix (nuts, seeds, dried fruit)
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 passionfruit, halved
  • Optional: dark chocolate, for grating

Method

  • Prepare the Glass: Drizzle a little honey into a small bowl or plate. Dip and rotate the rim of your serving glass into the honey to coat it lightly.
  • Start Layering: Add a generous scoop of Greek yogurt to the base of the glass. Top with a spoonful of toasted muesli and trail mix. Add a few blueberries and raspberries.
  • Continue Layering: Add another scoop of yogurt, then a spoonful of muesli and seeds. Layer in sliced strawberries, followed by a final scoop of yogurt.
  • To Serve: Finish with fresh passionfruit pulp, a drizzle of extra honey, and a few more fresh berries on top.
  • Optional Garnish: Finely grate dark chocolate over the top for an indulgent finish. For an extra treat, you can also sprinkle some through the layers.
